What’s the process for restocking our supply?
PRIME Hydration is available at most top retailers across the country. You can find the same 12oz bottles from your starter kit at Walmart, Walmart.com, Amazon, and more. Save your receipt and submit for your end of season rebate.
Can deliveries be split across multiple locations?
Each Starter Kit should be sent to one address unless purchasing the "Hall of Fame" kit where we can develop customer solutions.
Where should the banner be displayed?
Ideal placement is in high-traffic areas such as concessions, entryways, bleachers, or outfield fences.
Is PRIME Hydration suitable for young athletes?

How does the rebate credit process work?
Rebate credits are processed at the end of each activation period or season after all receipts and proof of execution are submitted. Payments are typically issued 4–6 weeks following validation.

How should we price PRIME to comply with your guidelines?
We recommend pricing PRIME in line with other sports beverages on site (typically $2-$3 per bottle) to help drive strong sales and maximize rebates. The register card included in each starter kit also provides suggested retail pricing for all product
Should the account be set up for the league or the concession manager?
Each organization only needs one account. The registration and rebate accounts should be set up by the person managing the starter kit on behalf of the organization. Please note, each organization is eligible for one sponsorship per league.
Can we specify which flavors or products we want in an order?
Starter kits contain 12oz 15 pack cases which each include a variety of Prime Hydration flavors for you to see what works best in your location.
Does PRIME deliver directly or through a shipping partner?
Smaller orders typically ship via FedEx or UPS, while larger orders may receive deliveries through local distributor partners.
What proof is required to receive the sponsorship payment?

Yes, you can withdraw at any time by notifying your PRIME representative. Rebate eligibility ends upon withdrawal.

Can we reorder product after our starter kit is sold through?
Yes. Once your starter kit sells through, we recommend restocking PRIME through your local retailer. Purchases made through retail also qualify for the ongoing rebate program, which offers 10% back with no minimums or maximums.
How do we submit for the sponsorship payment?
Once your shipment is delivered, you’ll receive an email with instructions to access the rebate submission portal. To qualify, you’ll need to upload photos showing your PRIME banner installed at your facility and PRIME product being sold at your conc
Does someone need to be present to receive the shipment?
Yes. For pallet deliveries, someone should be available at the delivery location to coordinate and receive the shipment.
How are sponsorship payments issued?
Approved sponsorship payments are issued via ACH transfer to the bank account registered through the rebate portal. Once your submission is approved, payments are typically processed within 4-6 weeks and are issued on the first of each month.
How long does it take to get the product after we order?
Once your order is processed, products typically ship within 10 business days.
When will we be contacted about delivery?
For pallet shipments, the carrier will typically contact you within two weeks to coordinate delivery. Since these orders ship on a pallet, timing may be longer than standard shipments. Be sure to answer calls from unknown numbers, as the carrier may
Can we delay shipment if our season has not started yet?
In many cases, yes. If your organization is not ready to receive product, your PRIME contact may be able to help coordinate a delivery window that aligns with your season timing.
Are there specifications for banner placement?
The banner must remain clearly visible and in good condition throughout the activation period. Avoid obstructions from other signage.
Is there a formal contract to sign, or is enrollment a one-time process?
The opt-in agreement serves as your formal participation acknowledgment.
What happens if our banner is not installed correctly or proof is incomplete?
If your proof is incomplete or the banner is not clearly displayed, your submission may be delayed until updated photos are provided. Following the execution guidelines closely will help avoid payout delays.
What if we sell out before the season ends?
That’s great. You can restock through your local retailer during the season to continue sales and maximize the program. Retail purchases are eligible for the 10% rebate.
Is the program available every season?
The program is structured for one season at a time. Future participation opportunities are subject to availability.
Are there any contracts, exclusivity requirements, or sales minimums?
No contract, beverage exclusivity, or sales minimums are required unless otherwise noted. The program is designed to be simple and flexible for youth organizations.
Can I refer a friend who owns a field or venue?
Yes. You can refer a nearby league, field, or venue. Please note they must have authority over their concession stand and be able to complete the program deliverables. We do not accept multiple submissions from the same organization, and banners must
